I have a Via 1535 after doing a down load on connect, it said the maps were corrupted on my compute

the tom tom itself says no maps found. I went to support but it says to use back up maps. I do not know where you get the back up . Please call me 3xxxxxxxx4. I hAVE A LIFETIME SERVICE FOR MAPS.

    Welcome to the community!
    There is not enough space on the internal memory of the device.... Try using a SD card to expand the device memory and install the full maps.

    I have asked my team to make some changes in the backend, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
