Can't get Live Services

I've paid and have the invoice but no Live Services. Is it instant or, as I've read, can take 48 hours? No consistent answers across TomTom.

Welcome to the community!
The previous subscription for LIVE Services ended in 2014. The built-in SIM gets deactivated if the subscription for LIVE Services is not renewed within18 months after the expiry.
You can contact the customer service to raise a refund request.

The restrictions as a result of COVI-19, Social Distancing and people working from home, are delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account's/Devices....
@VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....
