How do i turn on Bluetooth on my TomTom Touch?

On my old tomtom touch I enabled my touch to search by pressing the button 3x.
Now it goes to battery after the 1st time, 2nd time to date and third time back to home screen
I also can't see my touch in the list on my phone when I turn on bluetooth to scan.
