Need help with my 'Tom Tom Go App' andriod subscription

Hi Support,

My yearly subscription was renewed in Jul-2020, via Google subscriptions and the app was working fine, but now I get that the subscription has ended I see that no active subscriptions are linked to my email-id.

Can you let me know how to get this checked or is there somebody I can speak to?

    Just to add, I am logging in with the google id in Play store where the subsciption is visible, and my TomTom account uses a different email id and there it says no valid subscription. So how does the app valid this, or why did it suddently stop ?

    2.?.? has a different subscription model. It uses the Play Store while 1.?.? was paid directly to TomTom. If the Play Store shows a valid subscription, you should log on with your Play Store ID.

    First I'd verify what TT version you are trying to log into. The most recent for the U.S. is 2.4.3. You might even consider uninstalling it and then reinstalling from the Play Store using the account that has the active subscription.

    You're right. My NDS version is 2.4.3.
