MyDrive Connect continuously shows that the server isn't available. What cures this?

During the map update function, MyDrive Connect show that the server is occupied and has no further capacity.

For "Busy Servers" message, it is a recurring problem with the NAV3 (TomTom 3rd generation devices like your device)
Look at this link, this is what I do with my device.
The 2nd part of the message, you delete the two MyDrive Connect (MDC) hidden files and untick the two options, follow the steps.
