SuperuserHi @Knees_99
When Apple issued IOS13 it included a security change which has made the use of the My Drive App as part of the Bluetooth Connection process impossible. Now when you are Pairing your Phone to the TT unit you do not involve the My Drive App in the Setting up of the Bluetooth connection.
Before you do the following delete/forget the Bluetooth pairings on the Phone and TT unit then turn both units Off and On.
There is a difference in that now you include in the pairing process the Personal Hotspot on your iPhone .
Go to settings on the iPhone and Turn the Personal Hotspot ON
Go to Settings /Bluetooth and turn the Bluetooth ON
Turn the TT unit on and go to Settings/Bluetooth and select Add a Phone
Tao the TT units name when it appears in Bluetooth and then Accept the Pairing numbers on both units.
The TT unit should now have the Handsfree connect and the Traffic the latter provided that Data is enabled on your Phone
You should note that when you are using the TT unit you need both Bluetooth and Personal Hotspot turned On but you will never be asked for the Personal Hotspots Password neither will it appear as linked if you open the Settings/Wifi on the TT unit.
Regarding the My Drive App on the Phone that can still be used for creating routes etc as you would do on a PC but has no involvement in the Bluetooth process.

Hi Doug. Thanks for the response. I have removed TT from phone several times and tried reconnecting to BT different ways to no avail! Did a hard reset still nothing. I went into my Apple ID and noticed my old phone was still there. I deleted from my account then turned both phone and TT off then back on again, BINGO😁. Connected to traffic and smartphone messages and linked to MyDrive. Only found that by accident and thought I’d give it a shot. Thanks

When you say in your Apple ID where do you mean.
Glad you are sorted though.

When you open settings at the very top is where your name is. Click on that, scroll down to bottom of page it shows your phone. My was showing my old phone and new phone so I deleted the old phone as it has been sent back to Apple as a trade in. Gonna try tonight, I am a HGV driver, so the traffic function has been good.

Thanks for that. I will have to remember that as I would never have thought of that. 👍👍
