Screen freezing and error on GO App

have a android phone. tried to pay for a year after free trial but keep getting an error something went wrong. and screen freezes. so uninstalled app, now i cant load it back up.

    Welcome to the Community! I think you have the old GO Mobile App version 1.81 installed. Please install the latest Go navigation app and see if you get the same error with it.

    Please provide us with the Android version and phone model if you encounter the same error.
