How can i transfer a route when wifi is not available or my 5100 can not connect to wifi?

Welcome to the site....
Are you sure your device is a GO 5100 ???
The GO 5100 is a NAV4 device.... NO Wi-Fi....
Only the latest NAV5 devices connect using Wi-Fi....

Login with Email & Password....
Plan & Sync route Using the MyDrive Web Route planner....

Connect your device to your PC using the Supplied USB Cable with MyDrive Connect running in the background....

To transfer a route to your NAV4 device using a Micro SD Memory Card.....
Format your memory card on your PC to FAT32 format
Copy you .GPX or .ITN route file to your Memory Card
My GO 5000 showing no routes installed...
(It's The same method for my Rider 400 & 550)
Insert the SD Memory card into the Card Slot the device will recognize the Memory Card.....
Routes Transferred.....
