used wrong password so I'm locked out. What to do?

I have inadvertently locked myself out of TomTom620. I didn't know what password to use. How can I get to update it now?

    i think you can update everything as long as you can connect to your WiFi, you don't have to login your tomtom account.

    Can you describe what you mean by locked out ???
    Locked out on what ???
    Do you mean MyDrive Connect on your PC or locked out on the device
    Are there any error messages, what's displayed on the screen ???

    There's no Pin code or Pass code to lock you out of a NAV5 (Wi-Fi) device...
    The only Passwords are....
    MyDrive Connect on the PC --> Email & Password
    MyDrive on the device --> Email & Password
    Wi-Fi --> Email & Password

    Only the early NAV2 devices have a 4 Digit pin code that could lock you out of the device....
