Every time I try to update my device, it says, "update failed". Unit says, "No maps intsalled." When I go to "contact us" on the TomTom page, it takes me to these forums.
Is there a way to actually contact a human and get this resolved?

If you can't find a map to install then hopefully @VikramK can add a map to your account for you. Let us know how you get on.
