Whats is Error 0 on Uconnect 5

My Uconnect 5 reads the USB for updates but fails to update with message Error 0
I have tried using a different USB stick but get the same error.
Now my device has No Maps on it at all.
How can I install the maps and get my device working again.

Thank you for the reply. I managed to get the update to work by choosing only the oceania map. There was also Australia and New Zealand, but I did not select these two.0

Welcome to the community! I already see an active map of Oceania. If the device does not have any maps then it should be offered as and updates in TomTom HOME.

appears that i have downloaded oceanie new zeland and australia maps, onto my usb device stick and when i tried updating my uconnect 5inch satnav it comes up with error 0.
and now has only New Zeland maps0
