No more map on Start 52 after update failed
I launchedmap update > seemed to be successfull, but during copy on tomtom it failed.
Now I have no map.
I tried the procedure clearing the download cache:
With MyDrive Connect running...
Click on the Cog Wheel Icon Screen top right
Click on the Downloads Tab
Empty download folder
Save settings
With or without start 52 connected to PC, it doesn't show any map to download
I opened a ticket at tomtom (Ref #1019383), no news.
It's gonna be 3 days, and I need my gps.

Thanks but no, as I said after this procedure, mydriveconnect with or without start 52 connected to PC doesn't show any map to download

i,m facing the same problem as mentioned above. After updating maps a message said the "update failed" Now all downloaded maps are gone and there's no way to update the maps. Only option is purchasing new maps. What can i do to solve this??Allready tried al the options mentioned.

Hopefully @VikramK can sort the maps out for you.
Over time the Map updates have been getting bigger and bigger. have you installed an extra memory card as some maps are not too big to fit on the internal memory.

I have inserted a 32gb micro sd but nothing is downloaded on the sd card... No options to choose where to write the downloaded maps???The card is regonized by tom tom my drive connect.
