GO Professional 520, won't turn on

I updated my device over the weekend and came to use it on Monday morning, it wll not turn on properly and displaying a screen which is suggesting to connect to a PC. Any help would be appreciated

    Tried that, the device just turns on and off. Does not enter recovery mode
