Dear people,
I renewed my subscription to live traffic and speed cameras for my Trucker 6000, serial number Z4xxxxxxx13x2, Order # 41xxxxxxx51 on 08/30/2020.
In MyDrive Connect there is, to date, no update available to renew these services on my Trucker 6000. I paid 54.98 Euro for this!
The problem is that MyDrive Connect does not show updates for the renewed subscriptions and therefore I cannot renew them. That's why resetting my Trucker 6000 makes no sense.
What do I have to do to get this done?

The order has not been allocated to your TomTom account. Please get in touch with our customer service with the order number and they should be able to sort this for you.
