Uploading activity gone wrong

Last week I was on a cycling trip in Luxembourg, my wifi and 4g were not the best. On my last day uploading via my smartphone was really slow and it failed 2/3 times. After that I tried it with my laptop, through wifi, this failed two times as well. I gave up after that and decided that when I got home I would upload it with good wifi. This is what I did and the activity did not upload. I needed to use my watch and uploaded the next activity, this activity is uploaded but the one from Luxembourg did not.

Is there any way to recover that activity?
