My newly bought Start 62 got maps wiped after update!

Hello
I have a Start 62 fresh out of the box with a formatted 16Gb SD, after I ran available update through MyDrive Connect - according to mac the update completed but according to TomTom device it failed!
Device now saying 'No Maps Available' and Mac saying 'Device up to date' but with lots of space on internal memory and Micro SD.

Device currently useless - please help if poss
