No maps found on VIA 1435
When I start the gps, it comes up with "no maps found".
It seems from my drive connect, I cant download maps. And I dont think its "activated"
I cant work out how I can retrieve the original activation code. Is this now useless?

There is no need for an activation code. If you still have a problem let us know..

I am not able to "clear" any folder and I have no maps available.

I have asked the team to fix the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
