Tomtom Go Basic 5 I have been locked out of my account with previous Tomtom, new one will not connec

New oone will not connect. Have reset passowrd as Mydrive would not connect either. Have now been locked out. Your assistance please. Taken an hour so fat, achieved nothing.

    Did you get this sorted already?
    You can have up to 10 devices linked to the same account. I reviewed your TomTom account and I see the GO BASIC and TomTom Start 20 linked..
