I can't add my Start 60

Hello, I can't add my Start 60 with the serial number WO32xxxxxx094 to my TT account de, an error message keeps coming up, an error has occurred .....

    Please do a soft reset and then connect it to MyDrive Connect...

    Thanks for the information, but it didn't solve the problem, I still can't add my GO 60, here is an excerpt from the log file
