GO 5200 Status GPRS déconnecté

Hi

my TOM TOM GO 5200 is disconnected from GPRS so I don't have live traffic unless connected to wifi. I have tried soft / hard reset with no luck

Help please

    Thank you all for your replies

    Somehow my sim card hidden behind a sticker was not inserted all the way into the GPS anymore. Pushing it back in all the way fixed it immediately :)

    Should that not help please get in touch with our customer service, they can check the SIM status and advise accordingly...

    Hi @jprobst

    If you are seeing the comment Disconnected against GPRS this could be because the unit is connected to your Wifi in which case it auto disconnects when that connection is in place.
