My TomTom GO50 device was replaced back in February with a new device , it’s working great but the old device had lifetime Australia & New Zealand map updates where the new device has no map updates included. Is it possible to transfer the map updates from the old device?

I have asked the team to fix the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
