My device is saying 'Connection disabled go to sharing setting'. I only have 'My device' in settings

How do I resolve the above?

    In settings I only have ‘about my device’.
    I do not have ‘me and my device’. No open updates on my drive.
    How do I get around this?

    Please get in touch with our customer service. They can activate a software patch/fix that can be downloaded to resolve this problem.
