New here. Old TomTom. Need help updating.

I have a 2011 Subaru with a TomTom in it. I have never updated it and not sure it will given how old it is. Recently it has not been working well, when the car is turned on it always asks for agreement to terms and then it loads and loads and loads.

The serial number is DA3373J00740.

What steps can I take to figure out how to fix it?

    Welcome to the community!
    Could you check if the device is recognized in the TomTom HOME application?
    Also, the serial number you mentioned above is not recognized in our systems so I am unable to check the account status.

    I downloaded the TomTom Home app from this page and clicked the installer package and received a notice that "Installation cannot proceed, as not all requirements were met". I have an iMac running Mac OSX 10.15.6. I downloaded the Mac version of the app and clicked the Red button for the version that should work with my Mac. (I am very proficient on my computer as I make a living as a web designer so installing apps is familiar to me.)

    Can you advise me with that please?

    Additionally, perhaps the the number I gave was not the serial number. I copied it from the back of the TomTom but there were several of numbers.

    Here is a screenshot of the back which is the only place I see any numbers on the device:

    The error is probably related to an ongoing issue with TomTom HOME that is under investigation.
