TomTom Premium X No Internet No Traffic

My 8 month old Premium X has got the gremlins!! It has started refusing to connect to the internet via the internal sim.
Every now and then it would connect and Traffic would appear but only if i switched off and back on first.
Today it is totally refusing to connect, it's supposed to be a lifetime subscription.
Have followed the instructions for the factory reset but it still refuses to connect.
Really disappointed with this unit as I had a Live 1000 for ages with no problems and I thought this would be an upgrade.
Is there a contact number for TomTom technical? I thing it needs a repair

    Contacted TomTom on Friday and tried a couple of things including a recovery reset but still the same issue.
    Contacted them again today to advise and they have now activated manually the Sim services and I have performed a factory reset.
    Hopefully the problem is resolved.

    Just an update. After the device failed yet again TomTom have accepted it is in need of repair.
    Just sent it off to the repair centre in Romania via UPS
    Anybody got any idea how long it will be away for?
    Having to fire up my trusted Go 1000 Live for the time being.
    Gonna ask TomTom for complimentary Live services for the inconvenience.
