Good Morning All
Go6000 with application version 18.203
new Dell PC with windows 10, and using the computer USB port with no intermediate hubs, but device will not connect
tried multiple USB cables just to check
followed the guide to update driver in the network device manager, but there is no TomTom driver listed as unknown driver or RNDIS or NDIS
I have checked the network adaptors folder and system devices folder
(also searched my C drive for "RNDIS" or "NDIS", but nothing obvious shows
I have also reloaded TomTom my drive connect for PC and hard reset my G06000 by pressing the off button for 15 seconds
Rgds
