Try to log out of MyDrive Connect, then restart the PC via the menu entry "restart" and then log back into mydrive connect0 -
thanks but still not working, my pc is on win 10 and the update box says there are 3 updates available but only shows 2 , the west eu map v10.55 and quick gpsfix, if i click update it tries for 3 or 4 mins the says can't connect to server, try again! i've been trying for about a year now!!0

I have just noticed that the "free space" on my satnav is 3291mb and the update is 3648mb ! Is there a way to remove unnecessary files from my satnav, if so will this cure my problem0

What size memory card have you got installed? The maximum you can add is 32gb.
The problem is you need a map on the internal memory to enable you to replace the extra memory card with a bigger one.
Much will depend on whether @VikramK is able to add a small map to your unit that you can load on the internal memory.

sorry for the delay in replying, no memory card slot for this model "start 20".
can i do a full factory reset, would this clear enough space to update.?

The Start 20 is listed as having an extra memory slot. Could you check using the following including the video.:-

on my drive connect It says : our servers are busy right now : then it suggests i enable logs which i have done, or disconnect and try later ! but no change.
the home page say 3 updates , update all = 3744mb western europe v10.600 -

Firstly Try....
Disconnect your Tomtom device....
(Do not Reconnect your device until instructed)
Logout of MyDrive Connect....
From the Power menu 'Restart' your PC (NOT Turn it Off 'n' On again)....
Run MyDrive Connect & Login... Connect & Start your device....

If you are still having problems with MyDrive Connect... I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...

followed the first half of your instruction and it may of worked. on the screen it now shows a percentage that has downloaded (4%) and says 1hr 35min to go. THANKS.1
