It is my experience that real-time traffic has become very unstable. And that it has been so for a while.
Although my device is connected to my phone, it loose the connection to Live Traffic on many-to-most of my trips.
I can – most of the time - save it by re-booting my device *)
However, it’s a real annoyance to do it ‘on the fly’. And with the rush hour traffic nearing the levels from before Covid-19 I must have a stable device to guide me through rush hours
Any ideas of what could be wrong?
Kind Regards
Jesper
Area: Greater Copenhagen
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S9
Device: GO PROFESSIONAL 520
Both has latest updates and I make sure that my phone has the proper settings and that my device and phone are connected
*) Hibernating does not help in my expedience

Welcome to the community!
This could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset on the device and test it again..
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.
To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
See user guide
Also, delete Bluetooth pairing on your smartphone before you connect the device with the phone....
