Tried to do the buildings update but it has wiped my memory and I now have no maps ! Help please ?

Hi all, I have tried to update my GO 5000 after being prompted by email. Have gone on and started the buildings update but it took forever, failed and has now wiped all my memory so I have no maps at all. Is TomTom having a moment ? Is there something wrong with this update or am I just unlucky ??????? Any advice appreciated thank you in advance !

Possibly @VikramK will add a small map to your account which you can add to your internal memory.

Thank you we have sorted the GO 5000 now to try and sort the PRO 620 we brought today and has done the same0

Thank you again I am trying this but my download gets to 9% then starts again from 0% I will keep trying0
