Where is my subscription!?

Hi,
I needed to reset my android phone today and therefore had to reinstall my TomTom Go app. In doing so my subscription (which does not expire until next May from memory) has vanished, and there is no facility on the app to sign in to my subscription. How do I resolve this please? Needless to say I will not be buying another subscription when I already have one.

Every TomTom GO app has a facility to sign in. If you very recently downloaded the app from the Google Play Store it would be TomTom GO Navigation v2.2.3 and for that select menu item TomTom Services and find the Log In button at the bottom of the screen.5
