Order still "in process" even after 14 days..
I ordered a GPS on 16th August, and payment is done. But it still seems "in process" even after 14 days. What's going on there? No update about delivery time. Customer service is a complete disaster. Impossible to reach to anyone. I'd like to cancel the order, but I have no idea how to do as we don't have even an email addresse to reach out. So, this is my story ! Thanks !
