Why are we still having this problem with TomTom connect

It is now 2020 and we are still getting " TomTom servers are busy try again later" msg. The issue is with the TomTom connect software. A de-install of your current version and re-install resolves the problem. Not sure if it is a version issue or corruption of the version installed. Can you please fix this issue TomTom as many are wasting their time continually trying to unsuccessfully connect to your server.

    Welcome to the site....
    Firstly Try....
    Disconnect your Start 25....
    (Do not Reconnect your device until instructed)
    Logout of MyDrive Connect....
    From the Power menu 'Restart' your PC (NOT Turn it Off 'n' On again)....
    Run MyDrive Connect & Login... Connect & Start your Start 25....

    If you are still having problems with MyDrive Connect... I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...
