Hi I find this software impossible to update my free lifetime maps. Your site says an update is available, but when I click on update my device it redirects me to the how to update page. If I click on that page I then get redirected to the discussion page. Where do I simply update my device from? it is a Rider 400 with lifetime free maps. I'm running OS-X 10.15.6 & the latest version of your mydrive, & have tried standard & beta versions. My device is connected & routes import ok, but not map updates !

Updating your new device over USB will require "MyDrive Connect"

Do not have your Rider 400 connected to your PC while installing MyDrive Connect
Install and Run MyDrive Connect
Connect your Device to a USB Port on your PC
I always update my devices one Update at a time
The NavCore Application and QuickFixGPS updates are force ticked by Tomtom... Deselect any other updates like Maps, Speed Cams etc... Update the mandatory item/s first, when complete update the remaining items one at a time
If you're using a Laptop it would be also more advisable to use a hard-wire connection back from the Laptop to the Router....
