The voice is already installed on your TomTom and that is the reason it's not offered again. Try to switch to a different voice and select Billy Connolly from the list. It's in UK yards so you might have to also adjust the units on the device.

I can see it now so many thanks for your help,
When i went through the voices on it yesterday i went down the list and it was not there and i just clicked to go up the list and found it

If the voice is compatible with your new unit @VikramK can add it to your account so you can download to it.
Likely to be Mon/Tues before he can do this. Keep an eye out here.

It was in My Drive Connect as a download and i tried to download it but it would not go onto my system,
I have since restarted my computer to try again but now it is missing as a download?
Can this be put on again then i will try it again?
