    Welcome to the Community! Can you reset the app and restore the purchases after that? Go to main Menu of TomTom GO app > Settings > Other > Reset App >'also delete downloaded maps and Voices' option should be unchecked and then click on Reset. You'll get an option to purchase a subscription and at the 'bottom restore purchases' > click on it and provide tomtom credentials.
