Why won't it work with mac os 10.15.6

I can't update using Mydrive connect on my Mac running OS 10.15.6

    Hi there LAJ -

    Please close the MyDrive Connect on your iMac and run the program again.
    If this does not resolve the issue, then please restart your iMac to see if that helps.
