Keeps losing the connection when updating maps

I have just purchased a new UK map.

I have a problem with my TomTom Start 60 ... it keeps losing the connection when trying to update the maps.
Connects for a few minutes, then looses the connection, updated to around 50% - 60% then back to zero when connection lost.
Connected to Windows 10 computer, have updated My Drive Connect, connected via the TomTom supplied usb cable directly to the computer.

Been busy with this for a couple of hours now!
