Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: I Ordered the product 19th June 2020 Still I did not received it yet ! Try to send several text very hard to contact the customer service
It occurred on: 25/08/2020
This meant that It mate me feasted and worried
Expecting the product to deliver asap
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

As I said in reply to your other post this is a customer based forum and so is where users seek to help one another when they have problems. This forum is not a link to Customer Support at Tomtom.
You should seek to contact customer support using the method I suggested. Have you tried to contact them since I posted.
In the meantime have you logged into your account on the Tomtom Website to see if your order is listed there and whether a status of the order is given.
What happened on 28/08/2020?
Have you received an acknowledgement of your order from Tomtom. If so include any order numbers they quote when in contact with Tomtom.

Sorry to hear about the delay in delivery. I have asked the customer service to look into this one but unfortunately, I don't find a ticket number started to raise the concern.
