Hi my partner is a white van man and last week we purchased the Go 520 WiFi. He has been using it without any problems but today whilst using it his map has disappeared and now says no map available. Any ideas please?
I would suggest the following tip once the unit is back working normally. Look in the list of World Maps for a small map like Iceland, Venezuela or Iraq and add one of them to the unit. It will be loaded onto the units internal memory and is so small its presence will hardly be noticed. The benefit is that there will be a minimum of 2 maps on the device then and so if during an update there is an issue and the main map is lost the small map means the unit will start as normal and the lost map can easily be reinstalled.

If you still have an issue let us know.
