I bought Tomtom europe with lifetime map update promise but they stopped updates.Now they offered free upgrade to newest app TomTom Go but it can not be downloaded from my exist app.It shows in app tomtom shop section but does not download.
And there is no one to pick up the phone or answer an email from tom tom as them contact details are not available

Maybe @lampard can give you some advice on this. It may be Monday now as he may not be on the forum until then.

Sorry about my late reply! I see that your case has been picked up by the Support yesterday. Once your trial period expires, the original subscription will start automatically.
