i have a Rider v5, which until i updated the maps on Tuesday was working fine, now when i power on i get the welcome screens and theft splash screen, but nothing else. i can tell by the backlight that the device is powered on but cannot access menus, and screen is blank. any ideas or is it dead jim

Thank you for this information, I do not have the application option to remove in tomtom home, but have removed all other files and currently downloading the new files, hopefully this will resolve it. I have no way to reset the device though as it has no reset button as described in the video. Is there a way to reset using the power button or on screen if I cannot view the menu
