can I swap my sd card from my 2011 clio to another 2011 clio?

I'm buying another clio from the same year with an sd car. I want to swap the cards. can i do that? if not, will my tomtom account restore my favourites, maps etc? Thanks

Maps and services are not transferrable so I don't think this will work. Where exactly do you wish to restore your favourites and maps?
