My Go 6200 won't start, MyDrive Connect repeatedly restores it, still won't start.

I didn't use the Go 6200 for several months. Then I charged it to 100%. When I try to start it, it displays a connect to computer diagram. When I connect it, MyDrive Connect tries to restore the 6200: progress goes to 100%. Then the 6200 reboots, and still displays the connect to computer diagram.
