I have another TomTom 5100 with an expired map update service, I am hoping that Vikram would you please be able to reactivate it for me? I have tried both resets and sadly the updates are still not showing in MyDrive.
It's the only one currently showing on my account - serial number ending 0359.

Yes @VikramK is the one to ask to look at your devices settings re Map updates. He should be back on the forum tomorrow.

I have asked the team to fix the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
