Renewal Traffic and Speed Camera’s not working

Hi,

My Traffic and Speed Camera’s was expired on 6th August, so I renewed both.
But since renewal, it isn’t working.
On the device it says still ‘expired’, on the website at ‘Subcribtions’ it says ‘Active’ for both..
I did a update on the device. Still not working. Dit a Reset via Menu, still not working.
Yes, I’m logged in on the device for syncing. I’ve logged several times out and again in, but still not working.

Anyone who can help me?

    You should contact customer Support if it does not sort itself sometime Monday.

    Habe das gleiche Problem. Kann die Dienste nicht auf meinem Navi aktivieren

    Have you checked that you have a current subscription for the services.

    Ja das habe ich und wurde auch mit Bestellnummer bestätigt.

    Contact Customer Support making sure you are on the German website.

    There is currently no Phone line Customer Support with so many working from home.

    When you have signed in on the next page Tap Red Contact Us

    Type Help in next box then hit return

    Help box appears with a few suggestions. Just Tap the Contact Us at the bottom

    Box appears with Chat/Email
