Renewal Traffic and Speed Camera’s not working

Hi,

My Traffic and Speed Camera’s was expired on 6th August, so I renewed both.
But since renewal, it isn’t working.
On the device it says still ‘expired’, on the website at ‘Subcribtions’ it says ‘Active’ for both..
I did a update on the device. Still not working. Dit a Reset via Menu, still not working.
Yes, I’m logged in on the device for syncing. I’ve logged several times out and again in, but still not working.

Anyone who can help me?

    You should contact customer Support if it does not sort itself sometime Monday.

    Have you checked that you have a current subscription for the services.

    Chat is during normal working hours only and is very busy and you may have to try a few times to get into Chat.

    There is currently no Phone line Customer Support with so many working from home.

    If you have a problem with the above link try another browser.

    You could also try Clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of the page under the heading Support.

    When you have signed in on the next page Tap Red Contact Us

    Type Help in next box then hit return

    Help box appears with a few suggestions. Just Tap the Contact Us at the bottom

    This is beginning to feel like a huge issue for Tom tom...

    I'm getting the same issue with my Premium X - new since February this year but Speed Cameras database seems to have lost all Mobile Locations and a few more categories in the process...

    Been on about this since March.

    I have same problem with 6250. TomTom slowly become useless rubbish.

    @Lucas83stg I wouldn't say they are useless.
    I feel they are just as bad as most modern business models - take the money and run.

    What happened to "the customer is always right"?

    Customer Service is what makes a great business.

    Also feel that the excuse "the phone lines are not in use as most are working from home" is not believable!

    Most businesses can work from home and maintain Customer Service via phone calls using Teams or other software nowadays. It isn't hard at all!

    All businesses I talk to (and I do talk to many in my job) are all working from home and have staff on-call at all times - so why can't Tom Tom do the same?

    I have tried to connect to several pages and every one says they are not available but they where more than available when they took my money for my speed camera alerts updates which I cannot load on to my device .
