For over two months I've tried periodically to update my TomTom Start 25 device. I received an email on 31st May 2020 saying that my map update was ready. This (Western Europe) is a free update for me. I open MyDriveConnect, attach the device and choose the relevant update. For a few minutes I get told that it is "Downloading items" but then everything stops and I'm told that "Our servers are very busy right now". What's happening? I don't believe your servers can be busy all this time.

Welcome to the site....
If I have a problem with MyDrive Connect... I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program....
Will give MyDrive Connect a CPR and bring it back to life...
