No Serena on my go 50 and my drive does not seem to allow me to download

Need Serena for voice control but can't find where to download it?

    Have searched on here but it only seems to indicate I have to ring support which is not applicable on a Sunday, help.

    Thanks, I hope so, if not I will have to purchase another sat nav elsewhere.
