Hi,
One of mine TOMTOM 6250 Professional no longer connects via its internal SIM for traffic and other on-line information.
I have tried the tips found here:

It still does not work even after the reset.
Can anyone give me some support?

You haven't used your device for a period of time so TomTom disabled your SIM. Contact TomTom Support to reactivate it.0
