I have a TOTO VIA 1516TM. I installed MYDIRECT Connect for windows. I plug in my TOMTOM and MYdirect opens and shows my device as START 62 (No green check mark) I click add and my tomtom starts updating then says update failed. I reset my tomtom and MYdirect shows re-installation progress. My TOMTOM says it last connected today. but why wont it update. I have gone through all the help videos and everything on my end seems to be fine. Any suggestions?
