in RIDER
Hi, whilst using my Rider 550 with the car window mount from the premium pack, the plug moves in the socket and the power connection is lost. The devices battery then goes flat. How do I and where do I send it to for repair? It is still under warranty. Seem to be going around in circles on the website. Thanks

Can't say that Tomtom support is great...I have the save problem, batterie won't charge and my case has been open 16 days. Support level I ask a bunch of questions but transfert the case to level II. Still waiting.0
