I've downloaded & installed TomTom Mydrive Connect to my new computer but get a kind of interlaced, fuzzy, green screen. Quite unreadable.

Any ideas what this might be?
Thanks,
Monieric.

The issue suddenly disappeared, no idea why. Only change I made was installing Acrobat Reader but I cannot imagine that did the trick.
Never mind, the problem has been resolved for now.
Thanks to @xwintech and @Lochfrass for taking the effort to post a reply.

What happens when you change the screen resolution on your System?0

Changing resolution does unfortunately not solve the issue, screen stays the same.
Extra, newly discovered, info: Fuzzyness only appears on both monitors connected to my Delll docking station.
Laptop standalone shows normal startup screen. No other applications show strange screens on docked monitors.0 -
May you try reinstalling the software, pretty sure it's a bug within Windows.0

No problem, also, sometimes Windows after updating does something bad. Pretty sure your computer just got an update which fixed the bug.0

Having exactly the same screen problem after just downlaoding and installing Mydrive on my new Dell computer.
Changing resolution does not help either.
Any other ideas?

Same issue here. Only happens with TT MyDrive Connect, I doubt it is a system issue as I have never seen it with any other programs0

No solutions here other than a re-install? Re-install doesn't work for me and the previous 3 posts and there's no update to this site's advice for a known problem in a year and a half. You're no help TomTom0
